1. Check Our Availability
   Reach out to your dedicated Viewing Agent on WhatsApp.

2. Secure Your Booking
   Once a date and time slot is confirmed, please pay for your booking. 

3. Provide Property and Access Details
   Next, simply fill out our form including a link to your property advert, key collection location (e.g., concierge, key box, KeyNest), and any specific instructions (e.g., "please ask viewers to remove shoes").

4. The Viewing
   We will drop your viewers a courtesy message confirming the appointment date and time. We kindly ask that you try to make yourself available just before the scheduled time in case of any last-minute access issues.

5. Receive Your Feedback
   After the viewing we will send you an email with feedback to let you know the names of who attended.
